Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data fastproposal (“we”) collects when you use FastProposal at https://fastproposal.xyz, why we collect it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a securely hashed password, or your name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Your content: company details, logos, proposals, client names and contact details that you enter, and the signatures of people who accept a proposal you shared.
• Usage data: page views, device type (desktop, tablet or mobile), referring website and approximate country, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. We respect the browser “Do Not Track” setting.
• Team data: if you are invited to a team, the account owner can see your name and email address, and the proposals you create or change in their account.
• Billing data: if you subscribe, Paddle collects your payment details and billing information. We receive your subscription status, plan, the Paddle customer and transaction IDs, and the amounts paid. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, save and share your proposals, process subscriptions, send account emails (verification codes, password resets and security notices), send notifications you have enabled (for example when a client opens or accepts a proposal), understand how the Service is used and improve it, and answer your messages.

Cookies

We use a sign-in session cookie that is needed for the Service to work, and a cookie with a random identifier to count visitors. We do not use advertising cookies.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes payments and handles taxes and refunds. Paddle acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects, under its own privacy notice.
• Google, only if you choose “Continue with Google”.
• Hosting and database providers that store our data and run the Service on our behalf.
• People you share a proposal with: anyone with the share link can see that proposal.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. We choose providers that protect data appropriately.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time. We may keep limited records where the law requires, for example payment records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email support@fastproposal.xyz and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to data is limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
