Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of FastProposal at https://fastproposal.xyz (the “Service”), operated by fastproposal (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FastProposal lets you create, customize, share and download business proposals from templates. We may improve, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

On the Business plan, the account owner can invite team members by email and choose what each person can do. The owner is responsible for the people they invite and for what they can access. Proposals created in a team account belong to the account owner, and the owner can change a member’s access or remove them at any time.

3. Plans, payments and Paddle

FastProposal has a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business), billed monthly or yearly as shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds. Your card statement will show Paddle as the seller. Paddle’s checkout terms apply to your purchase, and prices may include applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates and collects at checkout.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. We do not charge for cancelling.

6. Your content

You own the proposals, company details, logos and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the Service for you, including showing a proposal to the people you share a link with. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam or fraudulent proposals, infringe other people’s rights, upload malware, attempt to access other users’ data, overload or disrupt the Service, or resell the Service without our written permission.

8. Templates are not professional advice

Templates and sample wording are general starting points. They are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal before you send it and for making sure it is suitable and legally appropriate for your business and location.

9. Availability and disclaimer

We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Please keep your own copies of important documents.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
